At Watch Gang, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your watch arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packaging and accessories.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your watch in a shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our horology experts will inspect the returned item, and once verified, a refund or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days.
