Once you choose a tier, our curators select a premium watch based on your style profile. Your timepiece is shipped directly to your door every month, guaranteed to be worth more than your subscription cost.
Are the watches authentic and covered by warranty?
Yes, every watch we ship is 100% authentic and comes in its original packaging. All timepieces include a manufacturer's warranty or a Watch Gang limited warranty to ensure your investment is protected.
When will my order ship?
Subscription watches typically ship within 3-5 business days of your monthly renewal. For Wheel or Store purchases, items are processed and shipped within 48 hours via standard or expedited shipping.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You have full control over your membership. You can pause your subscription or cancel anytime through your account dashboard before your next billing cycle begins.
What is your return policy for store purchases?
We offer a 14-day return window for unworn and unaltered watches purchased directly from our store. Please note that subscription mystery watches are final sale unless there is a mechanical defect.
How do the weekly Rolex and Tag Heuer giveaways work?
Every active member is automatically entered into our weekly drawings. We give away a Rolex every Friday and a Tag Heuer every Tuesday to one lucky member of our community.
